ANTI COVID RULES

RULES LAID DOWN BY THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH - GOVERNMENT OF THE HELLENIC STATE - in compliance with the provisions of the Hygiene Office to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus

1) Our Residence Villasabella is equipped and updated to accommodate tourists in compliance with the anti COVID-19 rules. Upon arrival immediately communicate the general information and the telephone number.
2) Guests must frequently wash and disinfect their hands with special detergents. Keep the room and the surrounding environment clean.
3) Guests are asked to wear masks especially in confined spaces or public places. Avoid contacts less than 2 meters. Avoid gatherings and always keep social distances of about 2 meters.
4) No other persons may enter the rooms other than those destined and registered for that accommodation. It is strictly forbidden to enter other people's rooms or visit friends in adjacent rooms or in the same building.
5) If a guest complains of malaise or fever, he must stay in the room and notify the manager of the Residence via telephone at n. 0030-6945453246.
6) Please note that room cleaning must comply with the standards indicated by the Hellenic Ministry of Health. The change of sheets and towels takes place every 3 days. Specific cleaning and antibacterial products are used to clean the accommodation (for the bathrooms, 100 ° bleach and steam jets are used). During the cleaning of the rooms the windows will remain open to allow for the exchange of air.
7) Check-in takes place at 15 and check-out at 11.
8) The Civil Hospital of Zakynthos is the official reference hospital for any eventuality. The pharmacy with territorial jurisdiction is that of Laganà. Telephone: 0030-2695051811.

NORME ANTI COVID 19

NORME EMANATE dal MINISTERO DELLA SANITA’ –GOVERNO DELLO STATO ELLENICO- in Ottemperanza alle disposizioni dell’Ufficio Igiene per evitare e combattere la diffusione del virus COVID-19

1) Il nostro Residence Villasabella è attrezzato e aggiornato per ospitare turisti nel rispetto delle norme anti COVID-19. All’arrivo comunicare subito le generalità e il recapito telefonico.

2) Gli ospiti devono frequentemente lavare e disinfettare le mani con i detergenti appositi. Mantenere pulita la camera e l’ambiente circostante.

3) Gli ospiti sono pregati di indossare le mascherine soprattutto negli spazi ristretti o locali pubblici. Evitare contatti inferiori ai 2 metri. Evitare gli assembramenti e mantenere sempre le distanze sociali di circa 2 metri.

4) Nelle camere non possono entrare altre persone oltre a quelle destinate e registrate per quell’alloggio. E’ severamente proibito entrare nelle camere altrui o visitare amici nelle camere adiacenti o del medesimo stabile.

5) Se un ospite accusa malessere o febbre deve rimanere in camera e avvertire il gestore del Residence tramite telefono al n. 0030-6945453246.

6) Si fa presente che le pulizie in camera devono rispettare le norme indicate dal Ministero Ellenico della Sanità. Il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani si effettua ogni 3 giorni. Per la pulizia dell’alloggio vengono usati prodotti specifici detergenti e antibatterici (per i bagni si fa uso di candeggina e getti di vapore a 100°). Durante la pulizia delle camere le finestre resteranno aperte per consentire il ricambio d’aria.

7) Il check- in si effettua alle ore 15 e il check-out alle ore 11.
